By clicking the link below and filling out the application, you are requesting a credential to attend and cover the 2011 Induction Ceremony on Monday, May 9. The ceremony will take place at 6 p.m. in the St. Johns County Convention Center, located adjacent to the World Golf Hall of Fame. The ceremony is free and open to the public, though there will be special seating for credentialed media.

The Class of 2011 includes President George H.W. Bush (Lifetime Achievement), Frank Chirkinian (Lifetime Achievement), Jock Hutchison (Veterans Category), Doug Ford (Veterans Category), Jumbo Ozaki (International Ballot) and Ernie Els (PGA TOUR Ballot).

After submitting the credential application within the below link, you can expect to hear from a member of the Hall of Fame Communications staff within three business days regarding the status of your application.
