By filling out the form below, you are requesting a credential to attend and cover the 2009 Induction Ceremony on Monday, Nov. 2. The ceremony will take place at 6 p.m. on the Hall of Fame Lawn. The ceremony is free and open to the public, though there will be special seating for credentialed media.

The Class of 2009 includes President Dwight D. Eisenhower (Lifetime Achievement), Christy O'Connor (Veterans Category), José María Olazábal (International Ballot) and Lanny Wadkins (PGA TOUR Ballot).

After submitting the credential application below, you can expect to hear from a member of the Hall of Fame Communications staff within three business days regarding the status of your application.
