Inductee Forum and Golf Tournament added to St. Augustine, Fla. (March 13, 2012) -- The World Golf Hall of Fame & Museum has added two new opportunities for fans to join in the celebration of the 2012 Induction Ceremony. On Sunday, May 6, the Hall of Fame will host an Inductee Forum, where Class of 2012 Inductees Peter Alliss, Dan Jenkins, Sandy Lyle and Hollis Stacy will participate in a moderated discussion, telling the stories behind their legendary careers. On Monday, May 7, a limited number of spaces are still available for the Induction Golf Tournament, which will be a shotgun format on the Slammer & Squire Golf Course at World Golf Village. The event will feature awards, a luncheon and the opportunity to meet members of the Hall of Fame. Players will also receive tickets to the Induction Ceremony and Gala. Tickets are still available to the 2012 Induction Ceremony and Gala, which kicks off THE PLAYERS Championship week. The Ceremony begins at 6 p.m. on Monday, May 7 in the St. Johns County Convention Center at World Golf Village. The Ceremony will pay homage to the game's rich, storied history and will feature all five members of the Class of 2012: Alliss, Jenkins, Lyle, Stacy and Phil Mickelson. Join us as the Hall of Fame hosts a special public event the day before the Class of 2012 receives "Golf's Highest Honor." Learn the stories behind the careers of noted British commentator Peter Alliss, legendary golf writer Dan Jenkins, Masters champion Sandy Lyle and LPGA star Hollis Stacy during a lively moderated panel discussion in the museum at Shell Hall. In addition to a general admission seat at the Forum, tickets include all day museum admission, the opportunity to view the inductees' special exhibits, and a Class of 2012 commemorative Induction poster. General admission tickets are $25 in advance and $30 day of event. Friends of the Hall of Fame museum members can purchase their tickets at a discounted rate of $10.
